BANI, FEBRUARY 22:- To enhance educational infrastructure, three additional classrooms were inaugurated at Government Secondary School, Barmota Bani. This project was completed under NHPC’s CSR-SD initiative by Seva-II Power Station.The inauguration ceremony was graced by MLA Bani Dr. Rameshwar Singh as the chief guest. The head of Sewa-II Power Station, Madan Lal Sharma, along with Dr. Rameshwar Singh, formally opened the new classrooms by cutting the ribbon. Speaking at the event, Madan Lal Sharma stated that these new classrooms would provide better learning facilities for students and contribute to their academic growth. He praised NHPC’s efforts under the CSR-SD initiative and assured continued support for educational development.

Latter, MLA Dr. Rameshwar Singh congratulated the school and the community, emphasizing that quality education depends on strong infrastructure. He commended this initiative, stating that it would play a vital role in shaping the future of students.

The event was also attended by DDC Bani Reeta Thakur, SDM Bani Gais-Ul-Haq, Tehsildar Bani Perdyum Atri, along with the school principal, teachers, students, local representatives, and other dignitaries. The attendees expressed their gratitude to Sewa-II Power Station and the CSR-SD initiative, acknowledging it as a significant step toward improving education in the region.
