BANI, 02 APRIL :- A major accident was averted on Wednesday near Nanga Mor on Bani-Basoli Road. A minibus vehicle JK08G 4433, which was going from Bani to Bhandar, narrowly escaped the accident. There were dozens of passengers on board the bus whose lives were in danger.According to eyewitnesses, the brakes of the bus failed, due to which it hit the parapet built on the side of the road. During this time, the vehicle went out of control and was about to fall into a deep ditch when the parapet stopped the bus. Panic and panic spread among the passengers as soon as the accident happened.The passers-by present here immediately took the passengers out safely. Fortunately, there was no major damage in the accident and all the passengers are safe.Trophy police reached the spot and assessed the situation. The administration has started questioning the bus driver and initial investigations are suspecting that the brakes failed due to a technical fault.This accident could have turned into a major tragedy, but fortunately the passengers remained safe.
