Jammu, July 24 – Democratic Progressive Azad Party leader Master Gauri Shankar met with former Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir and senior national leader Ghulam Nabi Azad today. The meeting focused on various developmental and public issues concerning the Bani sub-division of Kathua district.
During the meeting, Master Gauri Shankar apprised Azad of the pressing problems faced by the people of Bani, including lack of road connectivity, poor healthcare infrastructure, and delayed implementation of government welfare schemes. He also highlighted concerns raised by locals regarding education, employment opportunities, and basic amenities.
Azad assured that the concerns brought forward would be taken up at the appropriate platforms and reaffirmed his commitment to equitable development in remote regions like Bani. The DPAP leadership expressed determination to continue raising the voice of the people and working towards long-term solutions.
