JAMMU, AUGUST 21:- Kajal Rajput met Jammu and Kashmir BJP President Sat Sharma to discuss long-pending developmental concerns of the Bani region.
During the meeting, Rajput underlined the urgent need for completion of major infrastructure projects including the Bani–Dhaggar via Derigali road, Bhaderwah–Bani road projects, and the Chattergala Tunnel. She said these projects are critical for improving connectivity, promoting tourism, and ensuring better access to healthcare and education in the region.
“The people of Bani have been waiting for decades for these projects to be completed. Road and tunnel connectivity are not just developmental promises but a lifeline for the area’s progress. I urged the party leadership to prioritize these issues at the earliest,” Rajput stated.
She also raised other civic concerns such as electricity, employment opportunities, and healthcare facilities, stressing that despite its potential, the Bani region continues to remain neglected and now requires focused government attention.
