BANI, JANUARY 28:- Normal life in Koti Chandyar village of the Bani area has been severely affected as essential services including electricity, drinking water supply, and road connectivity have remained disrupted for the past four days.

According to Mushtaq Ahmed and other locals residents the damaged road network has completely isolated the village, making transportation extremely difficult. Patients, senior citizens, and students are among the worst affected. The continued power outage has left households without basic facilities, while the disruption of water supply has triggered an acute drinking water crisis in the area.

Locals further informed that a viral video circulating on social media has highlighted the seriousness of the situation and attracted widespread public attention.
Meanwhile, Bani Update Web News Portal contacted officials from the concerned departments to seek clarification. The authorities stated that restoration work is facing major challenges due to continuous snowfall and harsh weather conditions. However, they assured that teams are working round the clock and that road connectivity, electricity supply, and water services will be restored at the earliest.

Residents have urged the district administration to expedite the restoration process. They have also warned that if immediate relief is not provided, they may be compelled to stage protests to draw attention to their demands.
