Kathua, April 1, 2025: The Indian Army, under Operation Sadbhavana, organized a medical camp in the remote village of Barri, Lowang Tehsil, Bani District, Kathua, UT of Jammu and Kashmir. The initiative, led by the 4th Gorkha Rifles, aimed to provide free healthcare services to the local population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approximately 200 residents, including children, elderly, and women, benefitted from the camp. They received medical check-ups, consultations, and free medicines for various ailments. A team of Army doctors and paramedics provided treatment and also spread awareness about hygiene, nutrition, and preventive healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
