BANI, MAY 30:- As part of \u201cSwachhata Pakhwada-2026\u201d<\/strong>, being observed under the directions of the Ministry of Power, Government of India, NHPC Sewa-II Power Station, Mashka <\/strong> organized a Tree Plantation Drive<\/strong> near its Administrative Building to promote environmental conservation and cleanliness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the campaign, officials and employees of the power station actively participated and planted around 50 saplings<\/strong>. The initiative aimed to create awareness about the importance of tree plantation and encourage people to contribute towards building a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking on the occasion, Power Station Head Madan Lal Sharma<\/strong> emphasized that tree plantation is not only an environmental activity but also a social and moral responsibility. He said that planting trees alone is not enough; their protection and proper care are equally important. He added that every tree planted today is a long-term investment that will benefit both present and future generations by ensuring clean air, a healthy environment, and a stable climate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also motivated all officers and employees present to actively participate in environmental conservation efforts by giving the slogan, \u201cPlant Trees, Save Life.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
