Kathua, Feb 17: Four IAS officers serving in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh have been promoted to the Junior Administrative Grade (Level-12 in the Pay Matrix) as part of a broader promotion of 16 officers from the joint AGMUT cadre.
According to official sources, the promoted officers include:
- Saloni Rai (Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur)
- Devansh Yadav (Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation)
- Shrikant Balasaheb Suse (Deputy Commissioner, Kargil)
- Rakesh Minhas (Deputy Commissioner, Kathua)
All four officers belong to the 2016 IAS batch and have been serving in key administrative positions in their respective districts. Their promotions reflect their contributions to governance and development in the region.
This elevation is part of the routine career progression in the Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territory (AGMUT) cadre, which oversees IAS officers serving across multiple union territories and northeastern states.
