Bani, March 4, 2025 – The Bani-Basohli road, a crucial route connecting several villages and towns, was reopened for traffic after being blocked for six hours due to a landslide near Nangamore. The blockage, caused by continuous rainfall, led to severe disruptions, leaving commuters stranded and affecting daily transportation.
According to local sources, heavy rainfall triggered the landslide early in the morning, bringing down debris and rocks onto the road. Authorities and rescue teams were immediately alerted, and efforts to clear the road began promptly. After six hours of rigorous work, the debris was removed, allowing vehicles to pass.
