BANI, MARCH 16:- On the auspicious occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, the 4th Gorkha Rifles of the Indian Army organized a special Iftar party in the Bani subdivision of Kathua district. This event not only highlights the army’s commitment to national security but also underscores its significant role in fostering peace and brotherhood.
Ramadan is a month of blessings, generosity, and sacrifice. The Iftar gathering was attended by 60 to 70 people, including children, local citizens, religious leaders, and community representatives. Everyone prayed for the prosperity of the nation and the safety of the soldiers. The event symbolized the deep bond and mutual respect between the army and the local population.
The Indian Army has always been at the forefront, not only as a guardian of the nation’s borders but also in promoting unity and cultural harmony. Such initiatives reaffirm the idea that the army and the people stand together not just in moments of joy but also in times of difficulty.
