Kathua, April 24: Under the overall supervision of Deputy Commissioner Kathua, Dr. Rakesh Minhas, the Revenue team of Tehsil Kathua today carried out an anti-encroachment drive against illegal encroachments on state land at Village Basantpur near Nora Bridge.During the drive, a shed constructed illegally on state land bearing Khasra No. 254 was demolished. Besides, a shop constructed on state land under Khasra No. 213 was also dismantled.Pertinently, the district administration has taken firm stance against illegal encroachments and todays action is part of its continued efforts to safeguard government land from unauthorized occupation.
