BANI, OCTOBER 02:- With the aim of promoting environmental conservation and greenery, 7 Sikh LI in collaboration with the Forest Department J&K and Peepal’s Care NGO organized a plantation drive at Doula in Malhar Range.
The programme was held under the national campaign “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam”, which focuses on maintaining ecological balance and preventing land degradation.
During the drive, the Indian Army planted more than two dozen saplings including Peepal, Deodar, and Chinar trees. Teachers, students of Doula High School, and local residents also actively participated in the initiative and pledged their commitment to environmental protection.
