KATHUA, FEBRUARY 07:- The Departments of Education, Music, and Hindi at Govt. Degree College for Women, Kathua organized a Mini Cultural Event today, focusing on the theme “Personality Development through Cultural Values.” The event aimed to highlight the significance of cultural heritage in shaping an individual’s personality and fostering overall development.The Principal of the college, Dr. Savi Behl, graced the occasion as the chief guest. The program commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr. Rachna, HOD, Education, who emphasized the role of cultural learning in holistic education.The event saw enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members, who actively engaged in various performances. The highlight of the event was soulful musical renditions by Dr. Vibha Bharti, a renowned singer from the region, and Dr. Surekha, HOD, Music.
