BANI , MARCH 06 : Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Bani, Sandeep Kumar Sharma, presided over a meeting of Tehsil-level officers to review and finalize arrangements for the upcoming Chaitra Navratra, which is scheduled to commence from March 19.
The meeting was attended by officers from various departments along with members of the Jourian Mata Mandir Committee and Doulah Mata Committee. During the meeting, discussions were held regarding the smooth conduct of the Navratra festival and facilities to be provided for the devotees visiting the temples.
The SDM issued several directions to sectoral officers and committee members to ensure proper arrangements, including sanitation, drinking water supply, electricity, traffic management, and security measures. He stressed the need for coordinated efforts among all departments to ensure that devotees do not face any inconvenience during the festival.
Committee members also shared their suggestions and assured full cooperation with the administration to make the festival peaceful and well-organized.
The SDM emphasized that all departments should remain alert and ensure that necessary arrangements are completed well before the commencement of the Navratra festival.
