BANI, AUGUST 13:- Retired Havildar Jagdev Singh, a resident of Duggan village in Tehsil Bani, District Kathua, passed away at the age of 85. Known for his exemplary service in the Indian Army, he was regarded as a symbol of discipline and dedication throughout his life.
Following his demise, soldiers from the Rising Star Corps of the Indian Army accorded him a final salute with full military honours. Villagers, family members, and army officers were present on the occasion. In an emotional atmosphere, the local community bid farewell to their former soldier.
Army officials stated that Havildar Jagdish Singh’s contribution and patriotism will continue to inspire future generations.
