BANI, MAY 20:- Under the directions of the Ministry of Power, Government of India, NHPC Sewa-II Power Station, Mashka, organized a special cleanliness drive as part of Swachhta Pakhwada-2026.
The campaign was carried out at public places, Mashka Market, and Mashka village with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and spreading awareness about hygiene.During the drive, special attention was given to cleaning public spaces and surrounding areas. Personnel from CISF and DGR also actively participated in the campaign and extended their full support in making the cleanliness initiative successful.The programme was led by Power Station Head Madan Lal Sharma, under whose guidance employees of Sewa-II Power Station carried out the cleaning activities with enthusiasm and dedication.
The team also interacted with local residents and encouraged them to understand the importance of cleanliness and sanitation.Speaking on the occasion, Power Station Head Madan Lal Sharma said that cleanliness is essential not only for good health but also for environmental protection and the development of a clean and healthy society. He appealed to the public to cooperate in keeping their surroundings and public places neat and clean.
