BANI, MAY 20:- As per the guidelines of the Ministry of Power, Government of India, NHPC Sewa-II Power Station, Mashka, conducted a cleanliness awareness program at Government Middle School, Khaddi, under the “Swachhta Pakhwada – 2025”.
On this occasion, Dr. R.K. Chintan, Group Senior Deputy Chief Medical Officer of NHPC, delivered an inspiring lecture on the topic of ‘Personal Hygiene’ for the students. The aim of the lecture was to make children aware of the importance of cleanliness and to encourage them to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Chintan explained in detail various aspects of personal hygiene, such as brushing teeth, proper handwashing techniques, trimming nails, wearing clean clothes, and bathing regularly. The students actively participated during the session and asked various questions, which the doctor answered in a simple and scientific manner, satisfying their curiosity.
During the program, cleanliness activities were also carried out in the school premises, especially focusing on the sanitation of toilets built for girls. This initiative was highly appreciated by both students and teachers, who expressed their gratitude to NHPC.
