BANI, JUNE 30:- In a significant move aimed at accelerating development in the region, Bani MLA Dr. Rameshwar Singh convened a key meeting with his senior party workers. The agenda of the meeting focused on enhancing basic infrastructure such as electricity, water supply, and road connectivity, along with measures to promote tourism in the area.
Dr. Singh emphasized the importance of local representatives becoming “the voice of the people” in their respective villages and ensuring that every government scheme and public assistance reaches the last person in need.
He stated, Real development is achieved only when every village receives basic amenities and people feel the presence of responsive governance. A special emphasis was placed on promoting tourism in Bani. The MLA encouraged locals to consider establishing homestays to accommodate tourists and help them experience the region’s unique culture and natural beauty, thereby generating local employment and income. Bani holds immense potential in the tourism sector. By offering authentic homestay experiences, we can create both economic opportunity and cultural exchange,” Dr. Singh noted.
Several senior grassroots worker’s participated in the meeting, including Sushil Kumar former Sarpanch Gatti, former Sarpanch Chandal, Roshan Manhas, Jaswant Singh, and Javed Ahmed.
