KATHUA, DECEMBER 30:- Rahul Thakur, a student of Government Degree College (GDC) Kathua and a resident of Tehsil Bani, has been nominated as the State Joint Secretary of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Jammu & Kashmir.
