BANI, JANUARY 25:- MLA Dr. Rameshwar Singh has given a major assurance regarding the problem of road closures to tourist destinations after snowfall in the Bani Assembly constituency.
Speaking to the Bani Update Web News Portal, the MLA said that a snow cutter machine will soon be provided to the Bani area so that roads leading to tourist destinations can be restored on time during snowfall.
He said that every time heavy snowfall occurs, roads leading to major tourist spots such as Sarthal and Chaladhar get blocked. This causes serious inconvenience to tourists visiting the area, and many are forced to return midway due to the closure of roads.
MLA Dr. Rameshwar Singh stated that a continuous flow of tourists is currently visiting Bani and nearby regions. In such a situation, it is the priority of the government and administration to ensure better facilities and smooth transportation for visitors.
He further said that his main objective is to promote tourism in the region and attract more tourists, while developing beautiful destinations like Bani, Sarthal, and Chaladhar into strong tourism hubs. Special focus is being given to road restoration, snow clearance, and strengthening basic infrastructure.
The MLA also informed that a grand Winter Festival will be organized in Sarthal in the coming days. The purpose of this event is to promote local culture and boost tourism activities in the region.
